REFUND POLICY

Culture Quest, Inc. – Refund Policy

At Culture Quest, Inc., we value the trust our clients place in us and strive to provide exceptional HR consulting services and training programs. Because our work involves time, preparation, and reserved resources, we have established the following refund policy:

HR Consulting Services

  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments for consulting services (hourly, project-based, or retainer agreements) are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

  • Prepaid Services: If services are prepaid and not yet delivered, a refund may be requested within 14 days of payment. Any work already completed will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an ongoing consulting agreement, written notice must be provided. Refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on services not yet performed.

Training Classes (Workshops, Seminars, Webinars)

  • Cancellations by Participant:

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the class date: 100% refund or option to transfer registration to a future class.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date: Eligible for a transfer to a future session but no cash refund.

    • No-shows: No refund or credit provided.

  • Cancellations by Culture Quest, Inc.:

    • If we must cancel or reschedule a class, registrants may choose a full refund or transfer to another session at no additional cost.

General Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@culturequestinc.com.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • This policy applies unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or contract.
