Our workshops include topics such as Leading Difficult Conversations, Recruiting 101, Internal Investigations, Culture Change, Change Management, Team Building & Dynamic Leadership, Leadership Basics for New Leaders, and HR Assistant Basics. Each session is interactive, practical, and tailored to your organization’s needs. Training can be delivered onsite at your location or our Milford, Ohio Location.
